Importance of carbohydrates!

No matter what the ridiculous guru’s of the low carb diets, “which is down right dumb” say, carbohydrates are a must have in order to maintain a good healthy daily eating habit! God told us to eat the fruit which is his voice created, now why would he tell us to eat something that would be harmful and make us gain weight. So remember, know matter what you hear, an apple, orange, or cup of blueberries will never allow you to gain fat.

I am so sick and tired of hearing about dramatically diminishing your carbohydrate intake, because the truth of the matter is that when it comes to carbohydrate, is that, the average American house hold consumes a ton of the wrong carbs at the wrong hour of the day”evening” which normally contains foods such as pasta’s and things of that nature, which will pack on weight. Reason being is because when you consume high carb meals such as this towards evening it turns into sugar because the carbs are not being used. However I will inform you that you absolutely should consume a good source of carbohydrates the morning, afternoon or before a workout.

The best type of carbohydrates are low glycemic such as oatmeal and apples for an example. Have you ever been ready to jump into your workout routine and all of a sudden part way through your energy falls dead in its track, well those individuals who have experienced this unwanted act understands exactly what I’m speaking about. This is due to having a high glycemic carbohydrate instead of a low glycemic carbohydrate.

The difference between the two is that high G.I. Gives you a high fast burst of carbohydrates for energy but quickly falls short. Now the great thing about low G.I is the fact that it allows you to have a steady stream of carbs lasting your entire workout giving you enough efficient energy to complete your routine without the unwanted effect of getting tired and nauseous.

One thing I highly suggest is that you definitely limit or eliminate your consumption of white potato’s, pasta’s made with white flour and also white bread. The valuable nutrients are completely stripped from these products and raise hell on your insulin levels.
