Hello , my name is Dominic Ferro and thank you for visiting my site but lets face it..you wouldn’t be here reading this page right now if you weren’t looking for an answer. Chances are your just like every other person that has the same continuation of problems occurring.  Your  out of shape and on the last strand of hope and unhappy with your body. You can’t seem to get anywheres with any of the fad fake diets and exercise routines all promising to unleash your fitness potential.

Well I too was once exactly where you are at right now! I was at the lowest fitness level of my life and I felt horrible and insecure to say the least. I wouldn’t ever dare to think about taking my shirt off. I wanted to be like those guys we all see and admire. The guys with the bulging muscles and 6 packs, the whole nine yards. So one day as I’m looking at myself in the mirror disgusted with what I saw. I couldn’t really tell you how long I just stared at my pathetic weak little frame. Later on that night I went to my first ever WWE wrestling event and seen all the big muscular guys walking out and right at that moment, taking in all the things that happened through out that entire day, something clicked and I walked away that night with a determination that I have never had before. A determination knowing that I was about to make a huge difference in myself that has affected my entire life for the better in every way! So I set out forth to become what I became. As a result of these three powerful words, here I am today thanks to my perseverance, determination, and discipline.

I’m now a certified personal fitness trainer and I’m in the best shape of my entire life. Life is full of choices and everything comes down to the choices we make. No matter where you are or what your doing. God gave us these bodies. Why not make them ultimately the best they can be to its greatest, fullest potential while these bodies last!

So now that you know a brief history about me and with that said and done, it’s time to get started on you!
